Hydraulic Cylinder for Coal Mine Monorail Crane

The monorail crane locomotive adopts a suspended monorail design. The track is a special I-steel structure, and the wheels are embedded in the track groove to achieve stable operation. The equipment is usually composed of modules such as the drive unit, driver's cab, engine system, hydraulic system and lifting beam. Some models are equipped with explosion-proof diesel engines or lithium battery power systems. The monorail crane can realize continuous transportation in horizontal/inclined lanes, with a maximum lifting force of 40 tons, and supports the overall transportation of large equipment such as hydraulic supports.When the driver operates the brake handle/pedal, the brake cylinder transmits pressure through hydraulic pressure to achieve the braking function. When the master cylinder piston is compressed, the brake oil transmits pressure to the caliper piston. Since the caliper piston has a larger area, the braking force can be amplified to achieve efficient braking. At the same time, the outer spring completes energy storage. When the handle/pedal is released, the spring releases kinetic energy and the piston resets.
