• The 90T pure electric unmanned mining truck adopts a full air-oil suspension system. Compared with the traditional leaf spring structure, this suspension system demonstrates significant technological advantages: its nonlinear stiffness characteristics can adaptively adjust the suspension stiffness coefficient under different load conditions, and the multi-level damping matching strategy achieves dynamic damping efficiency, significantly improving the vehicle's comprehensive reliability index under complex mine road conditions and effectively ensuring a high attendance rate of 21 hours per day. The whole vehicle integrates an intelligent weighing sensing system that uses multi-dimensional sensor fusion technology to achieve real-time monitoring of the load weight, and cooperates with the cloud big data platform to build a digital twin model of load distribution-energy consumption curve-component status. It provides an intelligent safety assurance system for mine transportation operations and contributes to the sustainable development goal of the mining area's transformation to electrification and unmanned operation.
