Shandong launches a new round of visits and surveys of listed companies to help companies achieve high-quality development

In order to thoroughly implement the State Council’s deployment of visiting listed companies and promote the spirit of the national video conference on the high-quality development of listed companies, following the eve of the Spring Festival, the Shandong District visited a number of listed companies such as Hualu Hengsheng, Inspur Information, and Bloomage Biotechnology, From February 29 to March 8, under the guidance of the Listing Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau, in conjunction with the Beijing Stock Exchange and relevant local government departments, successively visited listed companies such as AVIC Shenyang, SICC Co., Ltd, Wantong Hydraulic and YanTai Metastar Special Paper Co., Ltd to carry out new Conduct rounds of visits and surveys, and listen carefully to the difficulties and problems faced by the company in its development. All departments work together on site and conduct centralized "consultations" to discuss practical and effective solutions to each problem.
Recently, a reporter from Securities Daily learned from the China Securities Regulatory Commission that after the on-site visit, the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau actively contacted local government departments to promote the resolution of the problems. So far, with the joint efforts of local governments and departments at all levels, the difficulties raised by the visited enterprises have been resolved or have made substantial progress.
Solving problems and enabling enterprise upgrades
Through the visit to AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, the research team learned about the company's partial relocation problem and actively coordinated with all parties to promote the solution of the problem. Through partial relocation, the company will complete the off-site transfer and improvement of its existing core capabilities within the Shenyang area.
Ji Ruidong, Chairman of AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, told the Securities Daily reporter in an interview that partial relocation is of great significance to improving the company's scientific research, production and manufacturing capabilities, promoting the development of the aviation industry, strengthening national defense construction, and promoting regional integration. As one of the earliest companies in China to engage in the industrialization of silicon carbide semiconductor materials, SICC Co., Ltd is under tremendous development pressure while continuing to improve its core business.
Zong Yanmin, chairman of SICC Co., Ltd, told the Securities Daily reporter that after the on-site visit, the local government further increased its financial support for the company's development, and the demands raised by the company were effectively resolved.
Zong Yanmin said that in 2023, as the market scale of silicon carbide semiconductor materials continues to expand, the company's conductive product capacity and output will continue to increase, driving the company's revenue to achieve a year-on-year growth of 199.9%. In 2024, SICC Co., Ltd will seize the development opportunities of the rapid growth of the silicon carbide industry, continue to increase the capacity and output of conductive silicon carbide substrates, continue to consolidate and enhance the company's industry position, and strictly implement the investor-oriented concept, standardize governance and actively return investors, and further improve the development quality of listed companies.
Breaking down barriers and boosting business innovation
Through this visit and investigation, the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau, together with the Beijing Stock Exchange and relevant departments of the local government, further resolved the obstacles encountered by Beijing Stock Exchange-listed companies in Shandong in their development, and helped accelerate the breakthrough of the company's innovative business.

The company will combine high-performance fibers such as carbon fiber and polyimide fiber to focus on developing functional paper-based materials and building a functional material ecosystem. At the same time, based on the existing two major application areas of electrical insulation and honeycomb core materials, it will focus on tapping the potential of three major areas such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, and low-altitude flight, and continuously expand the product application map.
After learning about the difficulties encountered by Wantong Hydraulic, a company listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, in recruiting talents, the visiting research team actively coordinated with all parties to help solve the problem.
Wang Wanfa, chairman of Wantong Hydraulic, told reporters that in the future, the company will continue to focus on the hydraulic field, continue to expand its market share, increase investment in research and development, and continue to develop in the fields of electrification, systematization, and servo control. It will increase the market share and influence of hydraulic cylinders for dump trucks, cylinders for mechanical equipment, and hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinders. It will promote hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder products to enter the passenger car market, track the electric cylinder market and technological frontiers, and continue to explore new technologies, new products and new markets.
