Additionally, the piston rods feature a dual protective coating—chrome plating combined with a ceramic layer—meeting stringent thickness standards, significantly enhancing their corrosion resistance compared to the original product, making them perfectly suited for the challenging conditions of deep wells characterized by high temperatures and humidity.
To further improve reliability, the new design incorporates built-in pressure and temperature sensors that continuously monitor the cylinder's operating pressure and oil temperature in real time. This data is wirelessly transmitted to the mine’s central monitoring platform, where automated alerts are triggered instantly if any abnormalities are detected, effectively preventing equipment failures.
The product line offers a wide range of standard specifications, including various cylinder bore sizes and stroke lengths, catering to medium- to large-scale deep-well mining excavators.
